   Whats the punishment for that these days life in prison, the dope dealer next to the boardwalk would get a lighter punishment. Walk your dog life in prison makes sense. Find something to do instead of bothering police, people, or animals jackasses

   Ridiculous. Tax payers should be able to use the boardwalk for any legal activity likes most other states in the country. If dog poo is a problem they should hire someone for enforcing the rules. Or maybe just put poop bag receptacles near all the garbage cans

    I always believed that leashed dogs were allowed on the boardwalk during the off season. We’ve walked our dog over there in the fall or early spring & passed police officers who have said hello & cute beagle & not once said no dogs on the boardwalk. I know my sister & her family walk their dog over there in the off season as well. So what’s the rule?
