Toms River: In an update to Monday’s DOA discovered in front of IHOP on NJ 37 West by BJ’s. Police said the body was discovered around noon, and it was not determined how long it was there. Police said the deceased was Jaime Kolbasowski, 28, of Berkeley Township. There is no foul play apparent, and an autopsy will be performed.
