Toms River: Earlier today a call came out for a well-being check for a person in front of the IHOP on NJ 37 WB. It went out as a person possibly sleeping, unconscious, or an overdose. When Emergency units arrived, the person was found deceased on the sidewalk. We are still awaiting a press release, but the cause of death is not known at this time. TRPD detectives, OCSD CSI, and Kedz Funeral Home all responded.
