I wonder where the disparity is? The information in this article came from the NJ Covid website.
Ocean County Scanner News I would love to know as well. Obviously NJ Covid website and NJ Health Dept website are not accurate. I constantly get letters and this is my last letter.
Maybe it is reporting past cases as well and the ones that she got are active as of right now?
There was an error in the reporting for some facilities, so that some numbers on the DOH site include employees with resident cases. It should be fixed by next week.
Heidi Spiegel Duthie Thank you
Deb Scheller
Brianna Scott thanks, I just got a letter that states 3 residents positive and no phone call adding cases, so fingers crossed
The numbers are increasing????
Marilyn Kraemer my mom is a nurse at an assisted living for dementia residents. On a normal day she has approximately 30 residents. So far 1/3 of them have died from covid 19.

It’s a shame they couldn’t move the infected elsewhere.
Southern Ocean center says 50 confirmed and 8 deaths. Facility reports to family members currently 26 positive, plus 2 in hospital. 2 recovered and 8 deaths unless total includes staff it doesnt add up
