     Tim, it took that long. It was still closed yesterday evening when I drove over there

     That is just amazing! Earl ground and repaved rt 37 in less time. The town must have used the same company that did rt 37 & 166.

   Contractor didn’t correctly compact around the manhole.

     Keith Carmelia looks to me that there was a leak in the sanitary lines. Compaction will drop after settling the earth here looks like little by little it made its way in and down the sewer lines
