   With everything going on and ppl dying I really could care less about ppl that DONT want to live or even try. We don’t have enough medical supplies but sure do have narcan. We don’t have enough beds but we do for the narcan ppl. Call it what ya want but if the addict doesn’t want help than see ya. You can lead a horse to water but can’t make him drink! End of rant

   I can’t imagine how awful it must feel to be in such a dark place in your life that you are using and nearly ending your life. Like suicide, these people must be truly deeply broken and hopeless to not want to get well. I doubt anyone enjoys using to the point of needing to be revived. Lost souls. And true, we can’t help them unless they want to get clean.
   But must they be shamed, insulted and devalued by the public? What good does that do?
