Are you enjoying the new Animal Crossing? Do you have Apples or Peaches on your island? Have you found any spiders in any trees? Well, no matter what fun you are having, PETA wants to tell you that you are doing it wrong.

PETA claims that Fishing, Digging Clams, Catching Bugs and many more things (including building dog houses) are very not-vegan things to do, and should not be done in your favorite new game.

Instead they want you to use pro-vegan titles for your island, and shout out pro-vegan sayings to the world to support their beliefs.

With everyone self-isolated at home and finding themselves on social media more than ever, by now, you’ve probably heard about Nintendo’s new game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This vegan guide to it will help answer some of the tough ethical questions that it presents as well as give you an opportunity to help real animals while living your island life.

If you don’t believe me, feel free to read it directly from their website: PETA’s Vegan Guide to ‘Animal Crossing: New Horizons’

I personally don’t think anyone was really asking these questions, and that instead PETA is just struggling to stay relevant.
