South Toms River PD us responding to the parking lot of Planet Fitness for an attempted assault. RP states 2 black males attempted to punch him in the face and were yelling racial slurs. No alcohol or weapons involved. The 2 males left in a gold vehicle.

There is no curfew for people it’s for business !!! Please look up what the governor stated . They suggest don’t go out between 8 pm and 5 am but that’s a suggestion.
And this children is why it’s better to live in a “stand your ground” state
