Tomorrow, Monday, March 23, 2020, Monmouth County’s first drive through COVID-19 testing center will open at the PNC Bank Arts Center on the Garden State Parkway in Holmdel. This testing site will be open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is open only to New Jersey residents showing symptoms of respiratory illness.
