Tom Wolfe don’t forget they will also want new street lamps and better lighting. North dover section had to be upgraded. We are guessing 5-10 yrs we will have to move when the public school system of toms river tanks due to courtesy busing.

That starts adjustments of any opposing building ordinances to make it easier to take over the next ward. One by one they will take over the council seats until they can vote in their mayor. Just like Lakewood.
