A EF-3 TORNADO touched down early this morning in East Nashville , Tennessee . A EF-3 TORNADO has an approximate wind speed of 136-165 mph . Officials say at least 9 people have been killed and many more are missing . The damage is surreal buildings are heavily damaged and some destroyed. Power poles and lines are down , trees uprooted.
