Toms River: SET Investigation Leads to Drug Seizure and Arrest Warrants
On Thursday, February 13th, 2020, the Toms River Police Department Special Enforcement Team concluded a month long investigation into the distribution of cocaine within the Township. The suspects of this investigation were Keary Bradley, 47 of Toms River, and Jyniene Hardy, 29 of Toms River. As a result, members of the SET team executed a search warrant on a seized motor vehicle that had been previously occupied by Mr. Bradley and Ms. Hardy. The subsequent search of the vehicle led to the seizure of over 3 and a half ounces (103 grams) of cocaine and one pound of marijuana.

Both Mr. Bradley and Ms. Hardy were charged with possession of cocaine, possession of over one half ounce of cocaine with the intent to distribute (2nd degree), possession of over 50 grams of marijuana and possession of over one ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
