     I thought they were only open when its below 30? Idk I’m just going by what I heard.. do the warming shelters at least have some kinda food for them also?

     Christoph Pierson yes and also help the homeless if they want to change their choice. Resources are in place at the facilities for people to get guidance for what’s available for them.
