   Dispatch advises the male took 2 bags of heroin and is walking on US 9.

     Ocean County Scanner News so was he narcaned and then left with the rest of his stash to go continue using at another location or he was ok when emergency response got there?

     It sounds like he was overdosing, then regained consciousness on his own. After waking up the suspect fled on foot. It’s believed the two bags of Heroin is what he OD’d on.

     Sounds like the suspect overdosed on 2 bags of Heroin, and regained consciousness on his own. Upon regaining consciousness, it sounds like he fled on foot.
