Assumption Only: Maybe there is not enough employees to cash out and the self check out lines are ridiculous. Walmart problems the list can go on and on. In all seriousness hope the individual gets the help they need.
Update: 01:14 hrs. Police on scene stated approximately 30 year old male, and they want to cancel paramedics but EMS has to arrive on scene to make that call first.

David Meyer I’m so sorry. Panic attacks can be hell. I live them. Get some rest and feel better. Helpful hint I learned from my doctor always carry ice cold water. If you feel it coming keep sipping the water. The cold slows everything down so your insides don’t feel like they are going to jump out of your skin. Hope it helps and you feel better.

I’ve come close to having a breakdown a few times knowing I’m in the store that’s number ONE Fortune 500 company with more than a half TRILLION DOLLARS in sales yet can only manage to have a handful of registers open.
I know people are going to be all “light up snowflake go back to your safe space” but these type of responses are why people don’t reach out for help with mental health. Do you know about the massive depression and suicide problem facing our veterans? Do you know that there are strong correlations linking depression and school shootings? Depression and drug use? Every time you make a joke about this, and your friends who are in a bad way see it, they crawl a little deeper into their shell, happy they didn’t reach out. Happy they didn’t ask for help. And sometimes, that could be the last time. You can make fun of people for lots of things, but mental health and reaching out for mental health shouldn’t be one of them.
