Barnegat: Somewhere in the area of Windward & Mizzen for a suspicious person. RP claims there’s a male on the sidewalk. Caller says they didn’t see a weapon, but they had a gun.
Units on scene checking the area now. Suspect never displayed any weapon at all, caller believes the person has a gun.
