Jesus man Ug
1 of many ……
capped meaning it could have just been picked and put in trash with out alerting the Police ????♀️ ugh ????
No you’re not supposed to put needles in the trash it’s biohazard waste, it needs to be disposed of properly and no one should touch a needle without gloves. Having a cop take care of it is the right thing to do it probably went into a sharps container and the cop would have had the gloves to touch it
Christy Genchi CAPPED !!! means it’s Safe and has a Cap on it !!
So when it goes in the garbage and somehow the cap comes off and is now sticking through the garbage bag and someone who has no idea is pricked by it because they were taking out the trash, than that’s still a good idea? No, having it taken care of was responsible. Don’t ever touch a needle, especially one laying in a road
Laughing is a sign of maturity, as a person who has worked in phlebotomy I suggest you don’t touch used syringes laying around, but hey if you want to be a hero try to remember someone else will have to touch the needle next and they won’t know it’s there
Cap or no cap, still a scumbag move to drop a needle for a child to grab. Keep defending stupid though, do you ????????
Michael La Velle I didn’t defend anyone !! damn boy Reading is fundamental !! Wow Triggered much ?
Michael La Velle exactly
Melissa Magabilin RN exactly what ? sheep ????
Christy Genchi so can’t stick your hand in a plastic bag and pick it up? It’s capped! Can’t get pricked
Sharon Lynn Huber, chances of it becoming uncapped in the garbage and eventually ripping through the side and hurting someone can happen. You think a drug addict is properly capping a syringe? People push down trash all the time even taking it out someone who doesn’t know it’s in there can get hurt. Common sense lacks in ocean county clearly. You want to go and pick up needles go ahead but don’t put it in the trash there are sharps containers in bathrooms be responsible and put it in there. since I’m dealing with people who are so quick to touch syringes go to the fda website they will tell you how to properly dispose a syringe or you can take it to your local hospital if you’re a hero. Don’t use a napkin there could be drug remnants or blood that can go through the napkin make sure you have a glove on.
Do you guys really think A junkie shot them selfs up then High as a kite said oh yeah let me be safe and put the cap back on before just carelessly throwing it on the ground ?? Id worry more about getting a virus from mosquito in the summertime then getting pricked from a needle !! And i’m the crazy one ? MERRY CHRISTMAS ???? EVERYONE !!
Monica L Celli
I’m sure the cap will remain on through its travels to landfill?
Paul Kahn Jr. I’d worry more about a sneeze particle carrying TB , then anything a prick of a needle found with a cap on or off .. Blood dies the second it hits air so why is everyone freaking out ??
Hepatitis does not die when it hits the air and anything inside the syringe not exposed is alive
OMG…Not Hepatitis !!!!Can you just stop Commenting under My original Post now.. you Think the way you think And I think the way I think.. Let it Goooooooooooooo
Mature and educated, goes to show how stupid people are.
Merry Christmas from your local junkies
New scent for the holidays
Pick it up with a napkin and toss it in the trash.
Glad it was capped…
Ughhhhh Lord have mercy ????????????????????????
Stupid junkies
save another life
Not just outside Toms River Big Lots Anymore
Who the hell called that in? Waste of time grow up
Whata waste of resources! I mean even if it wasn’t capped, you’d have to be pretty stupid to prick yourself knowing that it wasn’t capped to begin with. Pick the damn thing up and throw it away. The same exact thing the police are going to do, only they’ll be pretty pissed having to respond to a call like that I would think????????♂️ but I do agree it is a major problem lately with IV users discarding used syringes in parking lots and neighborhood streets. Especially uncapped! A child isn’t really gonna know what that is or the consequences that could follow if they do get pricked smh lazy careless fucks
Shâüñ Påtrįçk never touch an uncapped needle, especially with bare hands. Needles need to placed in a sharps container, not tossed in the garbage. In doing so, it poses a risk of someone else getting stuck. Although it sounds like a waste of resources to call the police, dirty needles really need to be properly disposed of.
Staci Lynn it can be placed in an empty coffee can or something similar to be discarded.
It could have been a syringe that someone dropped that has diabetes. ????????♀️
Laraine Lanno prob not thou
LOOK AT THE TOUGH GIRL LAURA !! who then blocks my response!!! LOL Damn on Christmas ???? too tsk tsk
I hope she gets deleted. wow!
It was A private message ..So the Administrators probably wont even see this Rude comment ..
You don’t just throw it in the trash for someone else to find. It needed to be disposed the proper way like any other sharps.
Come get the one by Deerhead Lake!
I find them in our parking lot all the time.
Not for nothing but I wouldn’t touch that thing!
Why are they acting like this is a rare find? These are all over ocean county. I’ve seen enough in Toms River and Seaside alone to last a lifetime.
