Lacey PD is responding to the entrance of Walmart for a Male who is holding an infant, stumbling and yelling into his cell phone. RP states he smells like alcohol and they are concerned for the child’s safety and well being.

They can detained someone for police at times and block him from his car but they can not take a child…unless the person is unresponsive

This guy was not the same guy in the accident in Bayville. This guy was in the back of the cop car when we left Walmart. The accident happened around the same time as the cops were out with this guy

When I was leaving Walmart, mom of baby was walking in. She looked pissed so I’m guessing she didn’t have a clue. Prayers for that child and woman ????
