Toms River: We are hearing that excess speed has been confirmed as a factor in the double-fatality early this morning. Around 06:30 this morning a Red sports car was traveling North on Hooper at a high rate of speed and crashed into the second story of an office building at 1466 Hooper Avenue. Both the driver and passenger were found DOA, and both bodies have been removed at this time.
