This will never stop because the people overdosing just assumed they will be saved by Narcan. meanwhile seniors who need life saving drugs to survive can’t get what they need and have to go broke to pay for their prescriptions. Stop saving these people. They want to risk their lives let them deal with the consequences

I am sorry for any family that has to deal with this type of stuff . But they aren’t forced to do drug they chose to . If they are stupid enough to go down that path why waist the time to help them when they will continue to do it until they are dead .

Shawna L Fitzpatrick-Mullen less than 1 month ago someone close to me lost her niece, a strikingly beautiful young woman with a job and above all a mother to an adorable 8 year old little girl. For some reason maybe today’s stressors, the world we live in or depression or anxiety but she’s gone. Somewhere along the line this beauty soul was introduced and tried drugs and it grabbed hold of her and because of her weakness, her sadness her anxiety it killed her by helping her to become addicted to take her own life through overdose. Just be thankful you have the strength of spirit and conviction you do to not need drugs or desire drugs your strength is their weakness, was Shannon’s weakness and now she’s gone forever!??????

I’ve been to so many funerals in the past 3 years alone where Narcan wasn’t administered in time would the child cry less if their parent died from an od ? No if any of my family members died I’d mourn their death the same
You just can’t stop saving people. Police have to do what they can to save a life. Addiction is real, not intentional. Please people who use, do not think this is a game , don’t do it. You’ll never be the same and could lose your life.
It’s not going to stop because society doesn’t see addiction as a disease. It holds a stigma. Obviously, the people against saving addicts are not directly affected or they’d change their stance real quick! I hope this guy is ok! And I hope the nay sayers can show some empathy. It’s an epidemic and it’s killing our friends, our children, our brothers and sisters… 🙁
