   Can’t stand to see these with NO information on the make of the car , truck , SUV etc . We all have loved ones that travel and its very scary to see this with no information!!!! I would wait until additional information is released then post if you want too.

     They can only report what they hear on the airwaves, and in this day and age of sensitivity to privacy that’s not much.

     These notification are provided to help people avoid an area of traffic due to an accident and cause more chaos, not as notification that someone’s loved one may be in an accident.

     Nancy Rebecca you are reading this on a scanner news site. They can only post what they hear. They’re not standing on the side of the road looking at the vehicle. They are just passing along information for those traveling in the area

     An MVA and corresponding location is all that’s given out over the radio. Never do they say the exact vehicles. At best- they will say sedan, SUV, etc to notify the hook. We also include photos when we have them.

     Okay everyone I get it … Just worries me when I cant get ahold of someone I know on the parkway and read these… Guess it benefits some that don’t feel like sitting in traffic …

   I’m a local..and..it’s hard to know exactly where you are unless you’re right by a marker. Especially in the dark ..and rain..
