Barnegat: Bartender @ Doyle’s Bar said a male attempted to purchase more alcohol when he was visibly and highly intoxicated. They refused to serve him, and he is getting into a Grey 2014 Toyota Tacoma Pickup and attempting to leave the parking lot.
