Toms River: Target #1154, which opened in 1999, is getting one of its most comprehensive remodels yet. Virtually every department is getting moved around, or refreshed. The new customer service desk is complete, and the store is getting a new look.
To the dismay of many, the original Target snack bar has been removed. In its’ place is a new Starbucks Coffee ready to open. Based off the pictures we took, and employee activity- it looks like it will open any day now. It also appears a popcorn machine and fountain soda machine were saved and stuck in the new Starbucks. Pretzels and junk food are no more- sadly.

Toms River target didn’t open in 1999.. try like 2001. I moved down to Toms River in august of 2000 and it was all wooded area there
