Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Brick Township Police Chief James Riccio announced today the arrest of Ramelo Adonis, 37, of Brick Township. Adonis was charged with Hindering Apprehension in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:29-3a(3).
As part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of Dennis Power, which occurred on Sunday, September 29, 2019, in Brick Township. It was determined by Detectives, that Adonis assisted Ciara Williams, in destroying and removing evidence from the crime scene. Ciara Williams was charged with the murder of Dennis Power on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Adonis was processed at Brick Township Police Headquarters and released pending a future court date.
Prosecutor Billhimer and Chief Riccio would like to thank the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, Brick Township Police Department and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit for their collaborative efforts in this investigation.
The press and the public are reminded that all defendants are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Ciara Williams is 100% NOT THE VICTIM! If she was the victim why didnt she walk in the hospital to walk him in? You are going to drive your atracker to the hospital but not go in? She was avoiding cameras! She went home and self inflicted those bruises, she turned herself in days later making it seem like the attack happened that day it was staged, but poorly! Secondly She took him to the hospital then went home and called their friend over to their apartment telling him he’s “hurt” but no he was MIRDERED!! That guy who was charged for covering and hiding the murder weapon just came out on Facebook stating that Ciara was not the victim and she coerced him to help clean up without him knowing Dennis was dead. Ciara is a psychopath and pure evil and this is coming from a women. The truth about what she has put Dennis thru will come out! She has caused havoc on many many people’s lives trying to ruin people’s happiness and spread her hate. There is something seriously wrong with her. I agree a lot of situations the past shouldn’t be brought up however in her past case she admitted to having her daughter with her while robbing stores, drug deals, and calling murders she was ok when she stabbed Dennis her daughter was there if it was self defense you call 911 not cover everything up. Also saying that she hid the weapon that means she stabbed him in the chest and took the knife out causing him to bleed out while she’s trying to cover her tracks knowing she’s the aggressor. There is proof that Ciara has been threatening to Dennis and anyone that comes in contact with him, she’s busted his windows, posted nude photos of him publicly, lied and said he beat her when he wasn’t even in the area, and she’s stabbed him before there is proof on his sisters page with also video of her daughter being there everytime.
