Below are 4 photos taken from the scene by Staff 01 of Our friends at Jersey Sure News Network. Yes, there was another serious MVA last week at the same intersection.

Time to fix timing on traffic lights
They were fixed to accommodate a certain crowd who needs to walk 34 hours a week.
I don’t know what happened and don’t want to speculate, but I know people constantly push their luck making left turns because the turn arrows are way too short.
Rick Sharp I agree. Sometimes I turn on Massachusetts from Cox Cro to get to 70 just because that left turn signal on Whitesville is so short. There’s usually less traffic on Massachusetts so I can make the turn on the first green arrow rather than having to wait for 2 or 3 cycles of the signal.
when turning from Rt 70 onto Massachusetts 1 car cannot even make the turn without seeing the yellow light and that’s if you jump on the gas as soon as you see the green arrow. When turning from Massachusetts Ave onto Rt 70 at least 3 cars can make the turn.
How about getting the genius who set the timing on that left turn light to only allow 3 cars to make it increase the time the left turn stays green???? That left turn lane is backed up EVERY SINGLE DAY…
Hope all are ok. Medivac was on its way to land at Citta when I dropped my kid off for before care around 815. I live at that intersection. It’s awful!!!
The accident from what I saw was 2 cars and a gallo wines truck. All the cars were on whitesville on the rite aid side. Look like it happened by the mobile home park right there. Some one prolly pulled out of there 2 early.
Joe Varga it was by the light. I drove by it right after it happened when. I was on whitesville road. I believe it was three cars
Luis Martinez again
People dont pay attention. Every morning I’m on that road and people are in such a hurry and theres always an accident. Stay off your phones and get to your destination safe. Nothing is worth losing your life over.
Woman from last week Friday 13 accident died last night
This is right down the road from my house and I have never found this intersection terribly difficult to navigate. Driving is inherently not that difficult but as with common sense many people just don’t have it. The standard for being on the road in the first place really should be much higher than just showing up with 6 points of ID.
