Toms River (Silverton): A resident recently expressed her frustration getting an abandoned Boat off her neighborhood street. TR Police have been notified, and they keep making reports to try to get the owner to move it.
The resident tells OCSN the boat may be moved as soon as today! We will follow up and see what happens with the boat on a trailer. It has two flat tires, and the locals have begun to vandalize it.
It is illegal to park a boat on a trailer on a public road in Toms River.

Lynn Roselli John took it out of the water and unfortunately the tires to the trailer were flat,he was supposed to come back to Judi’s the following day but he was very sick and was hospitalized, she didn’t want the boat sitting there either.

Toni Jo Duffy-Fasano Oh yes I see it. But TY!! This isn’t the first rodeo with them. The tire streaks all over our streets onto kettle creek speak volumes. The over grown lawn, garbage in back yard, mud covered trucks, the grandsons friends disrespecting the neighborhood, … list goes on. No one can judge unless they live next to this HOT MESS. I mean seriously … the grandson has to live with the grandmother cause the parents obviously couldn’t deal with him. He and his friends are now going after my MINOR children. The threats are unreal! When it’s all comes done to RULES…LAWS…etc. THE BOAT WAS PARKED ILLEGALLY … we gave it a week. They did. Nothing!!! NOTHING!! THE boat had “69 BITCHES” on the back of it. Seriously. I don’t think anyone would want that in their neighborhood were some people are retrying after hurricane sandy and others who are trying to sell their homes so they can retire !!! “Judi” – my neighbor is responsible for this mess. Scott Wilson Why? By finally standing up to her for the constant bull…. they pull. We all work hard and try our best to keep our houses looking nice. We respect our neighbors. This was the last straw with her. If you try to talk with them they basically tell you to F’ off.
