On The 0 Block of Illinois- A white van pulled up to a group of about six children, rolled down window, and stared at them for a minute. Van has since left the area; PD responding to talk to the children.

Well, thank goodness the kids are all alright. This could have been a case of, kidnapping, human trafficking, or someone trying to sell drugs. And on the other hand it could wind up being someone looking for directions. Needless to say again, thank God the kids are all ok.??????

Always the white van! I’ve owned white vans for my business for 30 years. Years ago I was surrounded by 5 Berkeley cop cars in Bayville. I let them search my van for an abducted child who was actually playing at a neighbor’s house and not abducted, thankfully. The struggle is real!

Information apparently put out wrong. It was a light brown van. I know because my grandchildren live over there. The van was light brown with dark tinted windows.

It circled around and parked with window half down and when one of the older girls and my daughter went to confront him to see what he was doing there, he took off. I told her to call, better safe than sorry. There are a lot of children on that street.
