Idk but I was born & raised in a small town up in northern Jersey, my Dad was acting chief & Captian of Detices in town. Rarely where there drunk or on drugs people nodding off around town. I just remember this one elderly man who drank in a bar & always got wasted b4 noon, the detectives would put him cell till he slept it off!
Now I’m down hear, & on this page ther is so many drunk people or on drugs…
It must be the salty air.?
