Seaside Heights PD is responding to the area of Fremont & Ocean Terrace for a Male who is running away every time he sees a police vehicle or officers on foot. He is a white male, shirtless and wearing yellow pants.
Update: Male is reported to have stolen an item from the balloon stand and was last seen headed toward Central Avenue.
