On 08-15-2019 at approximately 8:05 am Little Egg Harbor Twp. Police, fire, and E.M.S. were dispatched to Parkertown Dr. for a one car motor vehicle accident, car vs. tree. The driver of the vehicle, a 66 year old male from Little Egg Harbor Twp. was trapped inside. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to extract the male who was deceased. The roadway was closed for several hours as the Little Egg Harbor Twp. Traffic Unit and members of the Ocean County Prosecutors Office Fatal Accident Support Team investigated the crash. At this time the crash is still under investigation.
