Update: Officers trapped in house are out – Gunman still remains inside home
Philadelphia: At approximately 4:30 pm while serving a Narcotics Warrant an active gun fight broke out. 6 Officers have been shot and have non life threatening injuries 3 other injuries are being reported.
Atleast 2 Officers are still inside the home trapped with the shooter. All attempts that Negotiators have made have been unsuccessful. The shooter had hung up the phone on the Hostage Negotiator and refuses to answer the Police Commissioner whom is on a bullhorn.
80 children were safely evacuated from a near by Day Care Center.
Suspect has hit SWAT truck with gunfire
