     Scott A Barnes yup. but can’t rule out that the fire pit can be close too the house and could be a good neighbor. I agree probably a nosey nextdoor neighbor

   So you want even have a fire in your back yard anymore? Better put up a fence and slap a no trespassing sign on it.
