Wall: We’re reading and hearing reports that the stadium is set to close next year. Information is coming in that the racetrack will finish this season and next, with a final closure after the 2020 season.
It appears it’s been sold to developers, which plan around 350 townhomes. No word on basement and/or attic apartments yet.
This is a developing story, and we will update as we get more information. It’s truly a sad day for racing fans at the shore!

Well..my family and I have supported Wall by going to its racing events from its beginnings and through this season. It seems to draw a pretty good crowd and competition throughout its divisions. So if it sells..its because the monies offered is just too high to say no too…like drag racings NHRA legendary 1/4 mile track Englishtown Raceway Park in Oldbridge NJ. Sad times…..
