According to NJNG, the owner of the Crab Shack in Brick Township, NJ reported to them that he had a fire, and it was now out. But he wanted NJNG to check for a gas leak. Brick stations 21, and 22 are responding with 1 ladder and all chiefs to scene as a precaution. Dispatch states that no one at Crab Shack called it in to them.
Update: All units be advised it’s a full parking-lot, and to please use caution when arriving.
Update: There appears to have been a small kitchen fire, it appears to be out currently. Evacuating the store as a precaution.
