   Alot of dumb ass people just walk in the middle of the road in this town.

     Jennifer Grimes-Robles walked by the scene after fireworks, its a dead end section of the road, not sure how it could even be possible to hit someone with a vehicle if the speed limit is 10mph. A lot of dumbass walkers and dumbass drivers, makes for a hell of a crazy night.
