Lacey: 100 Block of Chestnut- Possible CDS use in house. Anonymous RP claims that there are two males inside a residence on the 100 Block of Chestnut using drugs. The complaint is there are allegedly two juveniles inside the residence being exposed to the drugs. Juveniles are 1 & 3 years old, and the RP further alleges the children are often in the yard unsupervised at times.
