Barnegat: Gunning River Mall- RP is a shopkeeper at the Plaza and wants PD to come and take care of kids on skateboards. They allege the kids are heckling shoppers, and need to be removed.

Cool you just turned a group of kids into hiding because now they think they are going to get in trouble for skating in public
