Seaside Heights: RP advises there are people drinking at the Aztec Bar already. The suspiciousness of this is because the bar is supposed to be closed. Units arrived to find the bar closed and secure, and patrons eating breakfast. The restaurant is open for breakfast, which is expected. Unknown what the RP saw, but other bars do open for 07:00 like Riggers!

Yes people drink at 7 am that’s when bars open … go to new Orleans they only have to close one hour a day to clean …in Butler NJ you can open at 7 am I am pretty sure it is because the rubber mill ran 3 shifts
