   Parkway was dead stop northbound with no police. Saw Lakewood ambulances and police heading up there

     Rachel David Freer not permitted to give vehicle descriptions here….as you see above! One person said couldn’t tell maybe a truck. And the other gave a color but cant tell type

     Paul Hewitt where does it say your not permitted to give description or information. I passed it I know the car that was flipped was orange.
