The prospect of New Jersey State Lawmakers fulfilling a Murphy campaign promise has failed.
Senator Sweeney today announced that Lawmakers will no longer pursue legalizing Recreational Marijuana and will leave it up to the voters in the November 2020
“When they announced the expansion of medical, it just ended any chance of this [passing],” Sweeney said. “We lost votes after [Murphy’s] announcement of [medical] expansion.”

There hasnt been a test so there is no way to know real statistics on pot smoking and accidents. But they are working on one now. Just cause you have driven stoned without an accident is no reflection. Many people drink and drive for years before it catches up with them
