April 26, 2019 – Lakehurst Man Charged with Possession of Heroin and Concealing Evidence
The Lakehurst Police Department charged Scott W. Parker, 22, of Lakehurst after a call for service to a local residence.
On Friday April 26, 2019, at approximately 2:35 PM, Officer Robert Schroeck and Officer Michael Cecchini responded to a local residence in town for a report of an unwanted guest. A male, identified as Scott W. Parker and a female, identified as Thea M. Deehan, were determined to be involved. It was discovered that Ms. Deehan had an active Lakehurst Municipal Court warrant for her arrest. It was also discovered that Mr. Parker had an active Bordentown City Municipal Court warrant for his arrest. Both Mr. Parker and Ms. Deehan were placed under arrest. A subsequent investigation revealed multiple wax folds containing suspected Heroin, a hypodermic needle, a crack pipe and other drug paraphernalia located on scene. It was later determined that these items belonged to Mr. Parker. Both Mr. Parker and Ms. Deehan were transported to Lakehurst Police Headquarters for processing.
Ms. Deehan was processed and released pending a mandatory court appearance with the Lakehurst Municipal Court. Mr. Parker was processed and charged with Possession of Heroin, Hindering by Concealment of Evidence, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance without a Prescription. Mr. Parker was issued a warrant for the charges and transported to the Ocean County Jail where he was lodged, pending a mandatory court appearance with the Ocean County Superior Court.
Officer Schroeck and Officer Cecchini were assisted by Officer William Bowers and Officer Grant Hofferica.

Barbara Sigley Silva yes your right! Maybe I was hasty to say that, it’s just so sad to see! I know ppl say prayers don’t help but I still pray anyway! It does get better! I was injured in a car accident and was getting prescribed crazy pain meds. Probably the hardest thing I have ever done but when you do get away! It’s just awesome! I’ll probably live w pain for the rest of my life but at least I don’t have to rely on pain medicine ever again!! I hope this young man gets the help that he needs!!!

exactly its really bad it keeps getting worse day by day we all need too come together and show them that we care and we will help as much as we can to many people are dying especially young kids i lost so many friends already:(
