The parents of missing Toms River Teen, Ashley Combs have issued an ultimatum to the persons they feel have abducted their daughter.
“I want to send a very clear message to the person or persons that may have Ashley. She is a minor and you have committed a very serious crime. We are giving you 24 hours to drop her off at any police station. If that is done, the family will not focus on what you have done. They will just be happy that she is back home. However, if she is not returned by 9am on Tuesday, the family will not stop until she is found and she will be found. When that happens, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You cannot even begin to comprehend the legal nightmare that you could be facing. I encourage you for Ashley’s sake and your own family’s sake to do the right thing before Tuesday morning.” wrote Jef Henninger, Esq in a recent press release.
Mr and Mrs Nieratko have released new pictures as well as thanked media and social media for helping spread the word via Mr Henninger, Esq’s press release.
Ashley Combs went to school on Friday and never returned home. Her father, Rob Nieratko took to Facebook to get the word out and the story went viral throughout the Jersey Shore over the weekend.
Anyone with credible information is encouraged to call the Toms River Police Department. As of now, the family believes that Ashley is still somewhere in New Jersey. Everyone in New Jersey is encouraged to continue to share this story on social media.

Charles Collins no she wasn’t. Even the TRPD said “not suspicious” that’s why there was no amber alert. The family doesn’t believe she’s in any danger they believe she’s staying with a family member or friend due to issues at home. You can see updates on the uncle, who has custody of her, Facebook. He actually went on a big rant cursing out his family which leads many to believe is whichever person is harboring her. That’s why there’s now an ultimatum with a lawyer. You don’t give a kidnapper who may harm your niece ultimatums…

Priscilla Dorinas I agree unless they’re sure she wasn’t taken and left on her own. Maybe that would make it not suspicious. But it’s still suspicious why she’d leave on her own then. Either way, she needs to be found and I hope she voices what happened.

I don’t think so, just because they put to the person/persons who may have her… Maybe they narrowed it down to a few, or just throwing it out there. BUT if it’s an adult or is older the police would charge them, especially using resources all this time, even if the father doesn’t want to press charges the state automatically picks it up… Might be non-custodial parent, might be a boyfriend, or could be someone letting her stay with them because she doesn’t want to go back… Strange though

Um yes and why do u think this is?!?! Hmmm no Amber Alert so not a missing endangered juvenile. My guess is either with friends avoiding family or possibly a substance abuse problem. This is a juvenile who obviously has some trouble and hopefully will be found safe and gets help

We can all take guesses as to what the situation may or may not be. Regardless of who thinks what, it really does not matter. If everyone would place this much energy into locating this child, she would be safe and able to fill in any gaps and if a problem exists in her life, receive the proper assistance. So… ssshhh and locate this teenager before something tragic happens to her.

Hope she is okay! But so many questions…first several reports gave her wrong age…at first they didn’t even disclose what school she went to (just a Tom’s River school)…and most 15 year olds have a phone (even a flip phone for emergency).
Well, the deadline given by the Father and lawyer is fast approaching. Been following this situation closely. Not going to give my opinion but do hope there is a good ending.
They clearly know who she’s with. It doesn’t sound like she’s in danger. What is sounds like is overzealous, helicopter parents trying to dictate everything their kids say and do. At 17, I ran away several times because it was a toxic environment (still is), and I wasn’t given the normal freedoms every other 17 year old I knew had. And with each attempt at living normally I made, the cage they created for me just grew smaller and the noose tighter, to the point where I had to leave permanently. Sometimes, when the kid is older, the kid is leaving for a good reason. And this statement isn’t looking so good on the parents. It makes them look crazy.
