Seaside Heights: In the area of Franklin & Ocean Terrace for a missing 14 y/o male. Child has Down’s syndrome and is possibly non verbal. He was last seen wearing a gray NY Giants sweatshirt and black sweatpants. Parent stated the tracking on his phone shows he is in seaside park.
Update: Child has been located by Seaside park Police Department.
