Shocking
My kids and i saw the cops flying by and my 12 year old said its probably an o.d. thats really sad that my 12 year old knows what that is and how bad this problem is!
Kim Shirley Perlstein that’s terrible:(
It is sad but on the flip side your 12 year old knows it is bad and what happens when you do drugs. Your child has a head start and a bright future just by knowing this bit of life.
Clearly another victim of a disease. Hopefully they find out who their doctor is so they can drive to the office and arrest them as it’s clearly their fault.
Disease? Cancer is a disease!!!!! Addiction is a choice.
Sara Parker THIS.
Wonder if there is a limit on how many times you can narcan someone?
Melanie Nau Keating nope
There really should be. Tracy Lloyd you were just saying this!
No there isn’t. And there should be. People will continue to use knowing they can keep getting narcan and nothing will happen. And I’m in recovery. And I think there should be a one and done type of thing. You don’t find too many in recovery who think that way
Tracy Lloyd the reason you don’t find too many in recovery that think that way is because most people in recovery understand that being revived with Narcan is not going to magically stop someone’s heroin addiction. The idea of leaving someone for dead when few dollars worth of nose spray will revive them is ignorant at best and even if one person out of hundreds revived gets clean it’s worth it. This thinking is like saying emergency services should start playing God.
Should be mandatory rehab for each narcan.
Mandatory rehab?I said that and got yelled at.Someone said”That would take away a bed from someone who really wants help.”
One and done they just keep od’ing because they know they will be revived to go do it again.. Im sorry but I’m tired of paying for this crap to keep these addicts alive..
its A CHOICE they made the CHOICE not ME and I CHOOSE NOT TO PAY TO CONSTANTLY REVIVE THEM
And before you preach to me I have seen addicts more than most so don’t even go there
Terry Raymond Eisenbrey Now that is a great idea!!
Melanie Nau Keating nope. A guy in barnegat got it 4x in one week and counting. Too bad u can’t bring people that die of cancer back to life.
This is happening way too much lately
People are so stupid.
