OCSN 32 sent OPRA requests to towns throughout Ocean County to see how bad the overdoses are still prevailing in the area. So far we got a few towns back, but we will begin with Brick. Read through the reports and see what is going on. One instance featured a subject with 20 bags of Heroin on him when responders arrived. There are 30 pages of reports, but that doesn’t correlate to 30 actual overdoses as police reports consist of a few pages for each.
