Toms River: Sources say Townsquare Media, local radio station operator, has let popular long-time radio host Marianne Levy go today. Marianne Co-Hosted the Preferred Company radio program, and is the widow of longtime radio legend Bob Levy who passed away last year. The show was broadcast over the air on 1160 & 1310 AM weekdays from 08:00-10:00. A look at the Beach Radio website today had NO mention of Marianne, and lists Joel Markel as the sole host for the program now. Bob Levy passed away last year on March 1, and the radio studio was renamed for him shortly after his death. No other information was released in regards to her termination, and it is unknown of Marianne will be back on the air elsewhere yet.
