   An SUV with no lights on was driving on the wrong side of the median. I was on the other side of the road and saw them driving parallel to me, and unfortunately watched them smash head-on into a car who probably couldn’t see them until too late due to the lights being off.

   My husband was the car that was hit, she was 88 years old and driving the wrong way….i just wished someone stopped to help them.
