LAKEHURST – A Jackson man was with DUI after a motor vehicle accident Nov. 19.
Brooks W. Page, 23, allegedly fled the scene of an accident in the borough at Route 70 and Lake Street around 5:22 p.m.
Lakehurst Police put out a description of the vehicle, which was located by Manchester Township Police several hours later.
Page was arrested by Manchester Township Police and charged with driving under the influence. Lakehurst Police charged him with assault by auto, and issued him three summonses for reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.
Page was processed in Manchester and released pending a mandatory court appearance.
