HOWELL – A business owner from Howell Township remains behind bars after an alleged sexual assault incident inside his popular store involving a minor.
52-year-old Brian Young, who owns Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, was arrested on Friday, November 9th.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said an investigation began after the Howell Township Police Department received a report that the victim, who is a minor, was inappropriately touched by Young while inside his business.
