not so much insurance fraud…certain lakewood residents claim they don’t have to get insurance (or driver licenses for that matter) because of their religion………..the guy who hit me had neither, and that is what he told the cops!
Should be allowed to sue them and covert their benefits to funds/pay off legal debt such as accidents. Let them hash it out with the state since it’s their source of income.
as soon as i threatened to sue they threatened to counter-sue that the only reason i was suing was because they were orthodox. my attorney threw up his hands and said don’t even try if they’re going to do that. …. they think they’re above all law. we’ll be tied up in court for decades and you’ll spend much more than you could possibly get…..
